We also handle services: sampling, third-party inspection, certification, labelling and export documentation.

We do not impose one. We will quote a single evaluation sample, a 50-piece trial run or a full 40ft container. Factories do have their own minimums, and negotiating those down is part of what we do — if a factory will not go below 1,000 pieces, we find one that will, or we explain the price step honestly so you can decide.
Quoting is free and there is no obligation. When you accept a quote, our fee is built into the landed price and shown line by line: goods cost, our procurement commission (from 5% depending on order size), freight, duty and clearance. You see the breakdown rather than a single unexplained number.
Yes — that is most of what we do. Upload a sketch, a CAD file, a competitor photo or a physical sample. We identify suitable factories, agree tooling and unit cost, produce a pre-production sample for your approval, then run production. Tooling is normally paid once and belongs to you.
By default we quote delivered-to-your-door (DDP): ex-works goods cost, export packing, freight, insurance, customs duty and import VAT for your destination, plus clearance. If you would rather arrange your own freight or buy ex-works, say so and we will quote that instead.
We are, on a DDP quote, which is why we quote a landed price rather than an FOB number that leaves you guessing. You receive the commercial invoice, packing list and the HS classification we used. If your country requires an importer of record that must be you, we will tell you before you pay.
Bank transfer, Wise, or card for smaller orders. Typical terms are 30–50% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment, with inspection evidence sent before the balance is due. For a first small order we will often arrange full payment on delivery to remove the risk on your side.
Sourcing and quoting: 24 hours to a few days depending on how unusual the item is. Sampling: roughly 7–15 days plus shipping. Production: 15–40 days for most goods. Freight: 3–7 days by air express, 25–45 days by sea. You get a written schedule with the quote.
We inspect before shipment and send you photo evidence. If goods still arrive outside the agreed specification, we raise it with the factory and pursue repair, replacement or credit. For larger orders we can arrange independent third-party inspection for a fixed fee.
